ndiswa Witbooi studied Human Resources Management at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. In 2009 and 2010 she was awarded merit awards for the two consecutive years by the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University for her excellent and outstanding results. In 2012 she graduated with a Diploma in Human Resources Management. In 2012 she read for her BTech in Human Resources Management and graduated in 2013. During the course of her studies, Fundiswa found a part-time job at a company called The Magic Company. In 2012 she found another part time job at Flaming Arrow Spur as a waitress. Fundiswa possesses leadership, communication and other human resources related skills and she has been trained on sound engineering skills. She has trained people in sound engineering skills. After she graduated in 2013 with a BTech in Human Resources Management she was employed as HR/IR Intern at Algoa Brick, her job description included creating and maintaining employee files, attending disciplinary enquiries, attending wage negotiation and consultation meetings, capturing of sick leave, annual leave, and loans on CRS. During her employment at Algoa Brick she was head hunted by Spontaneous Management Consulting for a Graduate Human Resources Trainee position. Spontaneous Management Consulting leadership welcomes Fundiswa and wishes her success in her new position. We further pledge our full support to her on her endeavours and shall create the space that she needs to grow her competence. She is already involved with various OD exercises and is showing keen interest in taking over some of the more complex HR tasks.
