Zandile Fumbeza has a B-Tech in Human Resources Management which she obtained from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2012. During tertiary holidays she worked as a casual employee at Steer’s Boardwalk in Port Elizabeth making burgers. She is a hard worker, determined and a focused person. In 2013 she was employed by Dev’s Construction Company as an Industrial/ Human Resources Intern.
Her roles were as followed:
- Handling Recruitment and selection of candidates for vacant positions
- Compiling and submission of weekly and monthly reports
- Organising training for employees
- Conducting disciplinary hearings
- Responsible for time sheet and employee hours
- Verifying all attendance register and leave forms and forwarding them to Head
- Office
- Compiling employee files
She now works at Spontaneous Management Consulting Company as a Graduate Human Resources Trainee and is involved, among others, with Competency Audit, Organisational Design, Position Profiling, Process Mapping, etc.
