We welcome Noloyiso Maliswana, a Human Resource Management Intern who commenced her 18 months’ experiential training on the 4th of January 2017 with our company. She is a Human Resource Management student at Buffalo City TVET College and will graduate with a Diploma in Human Resource Management once she has completed her internship. She obtained her N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management at the College in 2016. As an experiential learner with our company, Noloyiso will be exposed to all streams of human resource management whilst making sure that she meets all the requirements to graduate at the end of her internship. She is also studying towards a Bachelors’ Degree in Law (LLB) with UNISA and is a keen debater who had been involved with debating during her high school days. The CEO and staff of Spontaneous Management Consulting welcome and wish Noloyiso a prosperous career and success in her studies.
