Odumo Vimba, the youngest of our staff members, is an energetic and ambitious 22-year-old who has also been admitted to our In-service Programme. Alongside Noloyiso, she commenced her 18-months’ internship programme on the 04th of January 2017. We plan to see her complete her internship by July 2018, after which she will graduate with a Diploma in Human Resource Management. Whilst she has plans to do a Degree in Human Resources Management, our focus, is currently to meet the Buffalo City TVET Colleges’ requirements, for her to graduate her Diploma in Human Resource Management, which she will qualify for on the completion of her Internship. We plan to polish her good communication and interpersonal skills, by exposing her to all aspects of Human Resource Management and presentation to our clients. What she possesses is a critical competence for success in the field of Human Resource Consulting. The staff of Spontaneous Management Consulting, joins the CEO in wishing Odumo, success in both her training and plans to further her studies.
